Lydia Lam joins the CESAR team with more than 10 years of experience in various customer-facing roles within the transportation industry. She will be helping to manage CESAR’s accounts and files and has also been tasked with the set-up and management of a database of stakeholders related to CESAR’s research projects. Lydia has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
